Employee Training and Compensation:
Hands-on training in all areas of cleaning must be achieved before becoming a Bixler Cleaning Professional. Each employee undergoes strict training and review in all aspects of cleaning. Because we value our employees, we pay a competitive wage and full-time employees are eligible for a full benefit package.
Insurance We do not want to ever use our insurance on our clients, but for your assurance the Bixler Corporation provides a $2,000,000 Liability Policy for our clients protection, Workers Compensation Coverage, $25,000 Honesty Policy and Commercial Vehicle Coverage.
Security All Employees wear embroidered uniform shirts and carry photo ID`s. Prior and during employment with the Bixler Corporation all employees undergo a thorough screening and review process as well as Missouri Highway Patrol background checks.
